THE VILLA

Woodland View stands on an outstanding plot with unrivalled views over open conservation land and extensive forestry from three aspects. It has been built to a very high specification and with only one immediate neighbour you are guaranteed a secluded haven. The villa is luxuriously furnished and is fully air conditioned.

There are four bedrooms - master, second master, two twin rooms - plus a double sleeper sofa in the lounge, providing comfortable sleeping for 10 people. There are three bathrooms, one with a door from the pool area to enable you to take a quick, cooling shower without walking through the house. There is a formal lounge and full dining room plus a breakfast 'nook' providing a further dining area. The second lounge or 'family room' adjoins the fully-equipped kitchen and separate laundry room.

Pool/Spa Area
The extended deck/double lanai area faces SW so benefits from a very sunny aspect. However, the covered lanai area with ceiling fans, above the tables, chairs and loungers, provides valuable respite. The circular spa has a feature 'waterfall' connection to the main large, shaped swimming pool. The deck and pool are completely screened to keep out insects. The whole outside area has views over open conservation land and woodland and is, therefore, very private. External doors are lockable for the safety of young children. An additional safety feature is the portable pool fence which can be clipped around the whole water area. We recommend heating for the pool and spa during the cooler months. The remaining gardens around the villa are lawned and planted with shrubs and palms.

Carpeted, with two comfortable sofas and an armchair, TV, new PS2 games console/DVD/CD player, occasional furniture, board games, books and toys, with double doors to pool area with views to woodland.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer with ice-maker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, food processor, crockery, utensils and telephone.

Master Bedroom
With large American king size double bed, dresser/drawer unit, clock/radio alarm, telephone, TV, double doors to pool area, windows with views to woodland.

En-suite
With a large walk-in shower, Roman style bath, his and hers vanity units, hairdryer, separate WC, walk-in closet/wardrobe (containing stroller, travel cot, travel playpen/cot,highchair).

Second Master Bedroom
With American Queen size bed, drawer unit, TV, DVD player, clock/radio alarm and built-in closet.

Second En-suite
Offering basin, WC, shower, hairdryer and door to pool deck.

Bedroom Three
Twin beds, drawer unit, built-in closet and TV.

Situated between bedrooms three and four with access from the family room; bath, shower, basin and WC.
