Bookings
Receipt of deposit cheque from a named party member shall
confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions by all guests
in the party.
Occupancy
No more than 10 adults/children plus one infant in cot can
occupy the villa at any one time and all guests must be named
at booking (by Florida State Law). The villa complies with
all current US legislation for the State. You are advised
that the villa is completely non-smoking except around the
pool area.
Pool
Area Safety/Security
All sliding doors to the pool area are fitted with high child locks in addition to the
other locks.
We ask that these child locks are used when children are in residence
and that all external doors and windows are not left open at any time
as the air-conditioning system could freeze up. We also remind you that
all available locking devices on ALL doors and windows should be in the locked
position every time you leave the villa unoccupied.
Check
in/Check out
Check in time is from 4.00 pm local time on day of arrival
and departure time is by 10.00 am local time on final day.
This is to allow adequate preparation time for the next guests.
Payment
Details
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week is due within
one week of booking. We will send out confirmation on clearance
of this payment. Balance payment will be due 8 weeks prior
to departure date. On clearance of this payment we will then
send out your arrival details. If payment is not received
when due we reserve the right to cancel. All bookings made
less than 8 weeks prior to departure will require full payment
with booking.
Security
Deposit
A fully refundable security deposit of £100 per week will
be required with final balance payment to cover any breakage,
loss or damage to the villa or its contents. This will be
returned to you within one month of the end of your stay subject
to the management company confirming there is no damage, breakage
or loss. We reserve the right to retain this security deposit
in part or full to cover any of the above. Please advise the
management company on arrival in the unlikely event of any
faults. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will
be invoiced directly to you.
Villa
Key
The villa key must be returned to the security lock box outside
the villa each time you go out. Loss of this key will result
in some retention of your security deposit to cover replacement.
Cancellation/Insurance
We advise you to take out adequate travel insurance to cover
you in the event of cancellation. Cancellation conditions
apply as follows: More than 8 weeks prior to departure = loss
of booking deposit (unless you rebook); Less than 8 weeks
prior to departure = loss of total payment. Any changes to
your booking will incur an administration fee of £20.00. In
the very unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking
for reasons beyond our control we will endeavour to offer
you alternative equal or larger accommodation. Should you
not choose to accept we will refund full monies paid but can
offer no other compensation.
Liability
We accept no liability for personal injury, accidents, loss
or damage to personal effects, or death, caused as a result
of use of the villa, pool, spa or garden. It is the responsibility
of each adult member of the party to ensure the safety of
each other and that of any children in the party at all times.
Despite the lockable pool doors and pool safety fence we recommend
full supervision of all party members under 18, both inside
and outside the villa.
Unpredictable
Events
We cannot accept responsibility for any changes due to causes
beyond our control such as: closure of airports, strikes,
fire, adverse weather conditions, threat of war or any other
similar events. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments
to this website as necessary.
Complaints
In the very unlikely event that you have cause for complaint
our management company must be contacted during your stay.
We should be notified of any unresolved matter within 14 days
of the end of your rental period.
General
All rentals are inclusive of water, electricity, gas and local
sales taxes and local telephone calls. All bed linen and towels
are provided for use during your stay. We ask that these stay
on the property. Baby equipment is provided at no extra charge.
Your end of stay villa clean is included in the rental price,
however, we ask for respectful use of all our facilities and
equipment so that all future guests may enjoy them too. The
garage door should stay shut unless needed for access. We
are very proud of our Orlando home and would like this to
continue!
