Our villa is located on an outstanding plot at Tuscan Ridge on Highway 27 in Orlando. The villa enjoys views of open conservation land and extensive woodland and is only 12-15 minutes from Disney World.

Approximate travel times from local airports are as follows;

........Orlando Sanford 60 minutes

TUSCAN RIDGE

Tuscan Ridge is a prestigious development surrounded by citrus groves and pine forests. There are several championship golf courses close by, including the new Champion's Gate resort, with courses designed by top professional golfers including Greg Norman, only a six minute drive away.

Facilities nearby include a Walgreens store and pharmacy (three mins), Publix supermarkets, McDonalds, Subway, Cracker Barrel, Applebees, beauty salon, Dominoes, Chinese Takeaway etc, plus a new Walmart superstore, nine minutes away on Highway 27 - a must if you've never visited one before as they sell just about everything at bargain prices!

The busy 192 road, with all it's hustle and bustle, numerous restaurants, bars, mini-golf etc, is only eight minutes away.
